"MOS" is an acronym formed from the first letters of Mountain, Ocean, and Sun.

The meaning of MOS:

Mountain (山): Represents grandeur and strength, like a towering mountain.
Ocean (海): Symbolizes broad-mindedness and openness, like the vast ocean.
Sun (太陽): Embodies boundless passion and energy, like the ever-burning sun.

The name "MOS" reflects the vision and aspirations of its founder, Mr. Satoshi Sakurada.His goal was to bring together individuals with broad perspectives, cheerful personalities, and passionate spirits to create work that not only brings joy to themselves but also earns the gratitude of their customers.

Origin of MOS BURGER : 

MOS BURGER is a hamburger specialty store from Japan, the first branch was founded by Mr. Hoshi Sakurada in 1972 in a small store with only 2.8 tsubo in Itabashi, Tokyo, Japan, and now it has grown to more than 1,700 stores worldwide. The first MOS BURGER store in Hong Kong was opened in 2006, and the delicious taste of MOS BURGER has been accompanying Hong Kong people for nearly 18 years.

Since its establishment, MOS BURGER has always been adhering to the basic philosophy of providing sincere service and delicious food. As an overseas branch of MOS BURGER, we strive to be as close as possible to the level and quality of Japan. In terms of food ingredients, MOS BURGE Hong Kong uses Wagyu beef from Australia. The specialty of natural beef is that the cows are not given antibiotics or growth hormones, and only eat natural pasture to grow healthily, maintaining high quality and safety management from the beginning of breeding to the cutting of meat.
